Order processing

Once an order is successfully submitted, VELTRUNE begins processing it for fulfilment. Processing time can vary depending on product availability, order verification and fulfilment requirements.

An order is not considered dispatched until it has been prepared and transferred for delivery.

Delivery coverage

VELTRUNE is intended for delivery within Pakistan. Customers should provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including province or region, city, complete street address, postal code where applicable, and a working contact number.

Delivery estimates

Where an estimated delivery date or timeframe is shown, it is an estimate rather than a guaranteed appointment unless expressly stated otherwise. Delivery may be affected by product availability, courier operations, public holidays, address issues and circumstances outside reasonable control.

Shipping charges

Shipping fees, free-shipping eligibility and any other applicable delivery charges are calculated according to the current store rules and displayed during checkout before the customer places the order.

When tracking information is available, customers can use the Track Order service to review shipment information and available delivery updates.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Customers are responsible for checking their delivery details before submitting an order. An incorrect address or unreachable phone number may cause delays or a failed delivery attempt.
